Responsibilities: Tax Manager / Assistant Tax Manager
·Lead and mentor a growing tax team.
·Deliver complex tax advisory projects from scoping to implementation.
·Provide expert technical advice in areas such as reorganisations, property structuring, or shareholder exits.
·Prepare and review personal tax work, working papers, and reports for accuracy.
·Manage workloads and run weekly team updates.
·Act as the main point of contact for the team and clients, building strong relationships.
·Monitor budgets and drive efficiencies.
·Stay ahead of evolving tax legislation.
·Support business development and spot new opportunities.

Requirements: Tax Manager
·ACA / ACCA / CTA / ATT qualified with 3-5+ years' post-qualified experience.
·Commercially aware, organised, and able to prioritise competing demands.
·A proactive communicator who thrives under pressure and meets deadlines.
·Previous UK practice experience is essential.
