What you’ll do:

  • As MRO Sales  you will be responsible for Sales related activities in the Eastern region of India for the Severn Glocon Division.
  • Your main responsibilities will be to:
  • Managing Direct sales in Assam and managing the key accounts, key consultants & end users across the Eastern part of India.
  • Position company as long term solution partner by suggesting product enhancement or system optimization tools.
  • Maintaining & expanding customer base
  • Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information & recommendations to strategic plans & reviews
  • Resolve problems, identify market trends, determine regional sales system improvements & implement changes when necessary.
  • Prepare & complete action plans to ensure quality & customer service standards & satisfaction.
  • Meet regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances & initiating corrective actions.
  • Promote & recommend product lines by identifying new segment, application, new customers, new product opportunities & services, surveying customer needs, trend & tracking competitors.
  • To achieve sales target & YOY growth.
  • Analyse gross margin, determine sales techniques, market penetration, promote organisation & reaffirm corporate image, develop, present & sell value proposition.

What you’ll need:

  • Degree in BE/B.Tech
  • 6+ Years of MRO sales experience in industrial products preferably valves to process industries.
  • Familiar with CRM software
  • Ability to motivate internal & external customers.
  • Proven Project Management skills
  • Motivation for sales
  • Team leadership & territory management skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Performance management skills
