Production Operator – Electro Mechanical Assembly

Location: Stockport

Duration: Permanent

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000

We are recruiting for an Electro Mechanical Assembler for a Production role based in Hazel Grove, Stockport.

The role is a permanent role and is working a 4 day week with flexitime.

 

THE ROLE

The Production Operator / Assembler will be undertaking duties such as:

• Build the job to specification, to the highest of quality standards.
• Use hand and power tools for assembly
• Book the job through the process.
• Complete jobs in a timely manner, as per the Works Instruction despatch dates.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and efficient working area.
• Raise ECRs and provide feedback to Cell Manager.
• Seek-out continuous improvement ideas, raising these with Cell Manager accordingly.
• Be pro-active and flexible in developing new skills, through cross-cell training.

 

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role, you will need previous experience in an Electro Mechanical Assembly role and be able to commit to a long term, permanent role

 

THE PACKAGE

In return, the successful candidate will receive the following package:

• Up to £25,000 per annum
