Job Opportunity: Rail Training Coordinator 

Join our dynamic Training Coordination Team as a Training Coordinator Lead at our Gresham Mill office. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through the facilitation and coordination of top-notch training programs. Additionally, the position plays a crucial part in promoting training courses to external clients, ensuring robust attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for external clients seeking Rail Safety critical training across diverse disciplines.
  • Provide support for the administrative and coordination functions of all training activities.
  • Plan and organize training programs tailored to specific needs.
  • Monitor and report training outcomes.
  • Manage logistics for training activities, including venues and equipment.
  • Offer constructive feedback to program participants and management.
  • Contribute to attracting and integrating new external clients through exceptional customer service.
  • Promote group functions and supply management with snapshot reports on training delivered/declined.
  • Assist in resolving identified areas of concern with the management team.
  • Plan and organize the training schedule.
  • Increase course visibility through weekly mailshots to the external client base.
  • Provide general administrative assistance as needed.

Essential Skills:

  • Exceptionally organized and efficient.
  • Strong dedication to customer service and task completion.
  • Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Prior knowledge and experience in the Rail Industry and/or Training Business.

Experience:

  • Experience in managing diaries and organizing meetings/trainings.
  • Proficiency in collating figures and producing statistics for management reporting.
  • Experience in collaborating with team members from different divisions.
