Job Description: Mechanical Supervisor Chinook

Job Duties:

The Mechanical Supervisor Chinook is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance activities related to Chinook aircraft. This includes supervising a team of mechanics, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, conducting inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and managing maintenance schedules.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in the aerospace and aviation industry
• Strong knowledge of Chinook aircraft systems and components
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines

Experience:

Experience in aircraft maintenance supervision, with a focus on Chinook aircraft

Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently
• Strong organisational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Supervisory or leadership training/certification
• Additional qualifications in aircraft maintenance or related field
