PRODUCTION OPERATIVES

Morson are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Segensworth, near Fareham. This is a contract role for 6-8 months with possible long-term opportunities within the business (please enquire) 

PLEASE NOTE: DBS Check required if successful including full security clearance. This role will not be starting until 14th December to allow for clearance timeframes. There will be flexibility on this start date should you not be able to commit until the new year. 

Shift pattern (Rotated weekly-37 hours per week guarenteed)

Week 1 – Mon-Friday 6am-2pm

Week 2 – Mon-Thursday 1.50pm- 10pm

                    Friday 1.50-8.20pm

 

Rates:

 £15.15 plus £1.73 holiday pay per hour rising to £2.43 per hour (can opt to accrue holiday - 36 days )

Duties:

• Operating of personalisation and embossing machines
• Quality inspection
• Vault operations and goods receiving and shipping.
• You’ll complete daily/ weekly maintenance tasks and work with your peers on 5S and problem solving activities
• A week in the life of a Production operative:
• You’ll complete daily maintenance and cleaning of the machines and surrounding areas.
• You’ll operate the machines and/ or processes and rigorously follow the standard work for each of these tasks
