About The Role: Morson Training is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Track Safety Rail operative to join our dynamic team as a Trainee Trainer. Reporting to the Training Manager, this role is designed for individuals with a substantial operational background who are passionate about the rail industry and aspire to advance their career in training and development. As Morson Training's strategic partner for Network Rail, this position offers a unique chance for personal growth and professional advancement. Our rail trainer roles span nationwide, providing the opportunity to contribute to the industry's growth while working in proximity to your home, however please note that travel will be necessary.
