Depot Administrator

Menzies Distribution Solutions is currently seeking a Depot Administrator to join our team in Featherstone.

The Details:

  • Salary: £33,000 Per Annum
  • Shift Pattern: Sunday - Thursday
  • Working Hours: 07:00- -16:00
  • Hours Per Week: 45 Hours
  • Monthly Pay
  • Parking Onsite

Depot Administrator duties:

  • Working closely with the other members of the Team in order to fully understand Customer and Suppliers requirements and expectations.
  • Dealing with supplier enquiries
  • Identify opportunities for and initiate continuous improvement projects.
  • Data inputting
  • Provide timely, quality and accurate management information, (Weekly/Monthly)
  • General administration duties
  • Support with any other “ad hoc” administrative tasks
  • Subcontractor & customer set up.

Depot Administrator requirements:

  • Good communication skills are essential with the ability to express empathy with Suppliers & Customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills are essential.
  • Experience resolving disputes in a fair and calm manner and be able to identify issues, which could potentially become problematic and avoid situations arising.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Experience with I Trent & GTS & CIA preferred but training will be given.
  • Car Driving Licence
