Exam Invigilator

We are seeking reliable, professional Exam Invigilators to join our team at a well-established college in Barnet. This flexible, part-time role is ideal for individuals who are calm, attentive, and committed to maintaining a fair and supportive exam environment.

Shift Patterns

• Half-day shifts: 8:00–12:00 or 12:00–16:00
• Full-day shifts: 8:00–16:00 (with breaks)
• Pay: £50 per half-day / £100 per full day
• Schedule: Flexible shifts throughout January and February
• Additional opportunities will also be available around Easter and during the summer term.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during exams, ensuring JCQ regulations are followed
• Prepare exam rooms and materials
• Maintain exam integrity and report any irregularities
• Provide a calm, supportive presence throughout the exam process

 Experience & Requirements

• Previous invigilation experience preferred but not essential
• Full JCQ training provided
• Valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service – essential
• Ability to provide references covering the last 2 years – essential
• Punctual, trustworthy, and able to follow clear instructions and procedures
