Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and innovative lessons in Computer Science, tailored to meet diverse learning needs.

  • Teach programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C++, to help students build essential skills.

  • Support students in achieving their best in GCSE and A-Level Computer Science.

  • Contribute to the development of the department’s curriculum and teaching materials.

  • Lead or support extracurricular initiatives such as coding clubs or technology-focused events.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant teaching qualification.

  • Strong knowledge and passion for Computer Science, including key concepts like programming, algorithms, and data structures.

  • Experience teaching Computer Science at secondary level (KS3 to KS5) is highly desirable.

  • A creative and adaptable approach to teaching, with the ability to inspire curiosity and a love for learning.
