About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Peterborough. This role is initially offered on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

You will be responsible for teaching a class of engaged and curious learners, fostering their academic, social, and emotional development. The school prides itself on its inclusive ethos and commitment to nurturing every child’s potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum.

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.

• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress and attainment.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to enhance the learning experience.

• Contribute to the wider school community, including assemblies, trips, and events.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Experience teaching at primary level (EYFS, KS1, or KS2).

• Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching.

• Ability to differentiate lessons to meet diverse learning needs.

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
