An outstanding independent school in Cambridge is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Business & Economics Teacher to join their thriving faculty. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and challenging lessons to inspire students and prepare them for top academic results and future success. The ability to teach both Business Studies and Economics up to A-Level is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Business Studies and Economics, fostering a passion for these subjects.

Assess, record, and report on students’ progress and attainment in line with school policies.

Provide support and enrichment opportunities to stretch and challenge students.

Participate in departmental planning and curriculum development.

Contribute to the wider life of the school, including co-curricular activities and events.
Requirements:

A relevant degree in Business, Economics, or a related subject.

Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) with QTS or equivalent experience in independent schools.

Proven experience teaching Business and Economics at GCSE and A-Level.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
