Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and practical DT lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (specialisms in Product Design, Resistant Materials, or Graphics welcome)

• Inspire creativity, technical skills, and independent thinking in students

• Plan and assess work in line with the national curriculum and departmental standards

• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating workshop/classroom environment

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent

• Strong subject knowledge in Design & Technology

• Experience teaching DT in a UK secondary school setting

• A proactive, organised, and safety-conscious approach

• A passion for fostering practical skills and design thinking
