Choice Teachers is currently recruiting for a Music Teacher to join a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Wembley. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a creative environment that values the arts and encourages musical expression at every level.

About the Role:

• Teach Music across KS3–KS4 (KS5 desirable)

• Deliver engaging and practical music lessons using a range of instruments and music technology

• Plan schemes of work that develop creativity, performance, composition, and appreciation

• Organise or support extracurricular activities including school concerts, ensembles, or choirs

• Assess student progress and provide tailored feedback to support musical growth

• Collaborate with colleagues in the Creative Arts Faculty

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold QTS or a recognised overseas teaching qualification

• Have a degree in Music or a related subject

• Be confident delivering both practical and theory-based lessons

• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and classroom management

• Be enthusiastic about inspiring young musicians of all abilities

• Bring creativity and innovation to the curriculum and wider school life
