About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced SENCo & Inclusion Coordinator to join an ambitious secondary/all-through setting in the Wembley area. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that every child has the support and opportunities they need to thrive academically and personally. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who wants to make a real difference in the lives of pupils with SEND.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading on all aspects of SEND provision and inclusion across the school.

  • Coordinating and delivering tailored support for students with additional needs.

  • Supporting colleagues with strategies to raise attainment for all learners.

  • Working closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure every pupil achieves their potential.


The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Be a qualified teacher with QTS and SENCo qualification (or willingness to complete).

  • Have proven experience working successfully with SEND students.

  • Be passionate about inclusion and committed to raising attainment.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Share the ethos that every child can succeed with the right support.
