Choice Teachers, working in partnership with a well-regarded upper school in the Chingford area, is seeking to appoint a dynamic and motivated PE Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed professional to contribute to a thriving and well-supported PE department.

The successful PE Teacher will have a genuine passion for promoting health, physical fitness, and personal growth. You will inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons and encouraging participation in a wide range of physical activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality and inclusive PE lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Inspire a love of physical activity, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles
• Actively contribute to the school’s extracurricular sports and enrichment programmes
• Monitor and assess student progress to ensure consistently high outcomes
• Promote a safe, supportive, and respectful learning environment

Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Have experience teaching PE in a UK secondary school setting
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge across various sports and physical disciplines
• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills
• Hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
