• Salary: £33,000 – £44,000 (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective Science lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Support students’ academic progress in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
• Prepare pupils for success in their GCSE examinations
• Contribute to departmental development and participate in extracurricular activities
• Foster a positive learning environment through excellent classroom management

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
• Experience teaching Science at the secondary level, including at GCSE
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring learners
• Ability to engage and support students of varying abilities
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
