Key Details

• Position: Maths Teacher
• Location: East London, Stratford.
• Start Date: September or negotiable. 
• Contract: Full-time
• Key Stages: KS3 and KS4, with the possibility of KS5

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Maths lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Inspire students to develop problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Monitor and assess student progress to ensure all learners reach their potential.
• Contribute to curriculum development and maintain high standards in Maths education.
• Foster an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages a passion for learning.
• Participate in extracurricular activities such as Maths clubs, competitions, or tutoring programs.

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience teaching Maths at the secondary school level.
• Strong knowledge of the UK Maths curriculum and assessment criteria.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undertake one).
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Willingness to commute to Stratford.
