Dual Registered Manager - Senior Leadership Opportunity
Location: London E11
Salary: From £54,000+ (negotiable based on depth of experience and leadership capability)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Choice Teachers are recruiting an accomplished Dual Registered Manager a pivotal senior role for a leader with a strong track record of driving excellence within Children’s Residential Care.

This position is suited to an experienced Registered Manager, Regional Manager, or multi‑site leader ready to take on strategic responsibility across an Ofsted‑registered home, shaping service quality, culture and long‑term outcomes.

The Opportunity

This is a high‑impact, senior management role with autonomy and scope to influence organisational development. You will have responsibility for:

  • Ensuring services achieve and sustain strong Ofsted ratings
  • Embedding high‑quality safeguarding, compliance, and practice frameworks
  • Driving workforce development, performance culture, and team progression
  • Leading on strategic improvement planning and home development initiatives
  • Acting as a key liaison for local authorities, commissioners, and external partners
  • Ensuring stability, continuity, and the delivery of sector‑leading care standards

Essential Criteria

This senior role requires:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children’s Residential Services)
  • A minimum of 2 years’ supervisory or management experience within an Ofsted‑registered Children’s Home
  • Demonstrable success in leading teams and improving outcomes
  • Strong regulatory knowledge and proven experience working within Ofsted frameworks
  • Full UK Driving Licence (highly advantageous)
