The Role

As a SEND Teacher, you will:

  • Delivering creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons tailored to meet individual SEND needs.
  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom where every pupil feels valued.
  • Building positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues to maximise learning outcomes.
  • Encouraging confidence, independence, and personal growth in every child.
  • Celebrating every achievement—big or small—and helping pupils unlock their full potential.

What We’re Looking For

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Has experience teaching children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
  • Brings energy, creativity, patience, and resilience to every classroom.
  • Is committed to delivering outstanding education for every learner.
  • Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Is passionate about helping children overcome barriers and achieve success.
