Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: South West London
Pay: £85 – £110 per day
Type: Supply / Flexible

About the Role

Choice Teachers are working with a variety of clients in South West London who are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to support schools on a supply basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with classroom experience who are confident managing a class and delivering pre-planned lessons.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise whole classes during teacher absences
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students stay on task
• Maintain strong classroom behaviour and a positive learning environment
• Ensure the safeguarding and wellbeing of all pupils
• Adapt quickly to different school settings
• Provide support to students where needed
• Report feedback to the returning teacher

About You

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Recent UK classroom experience
• Confident classroom management skills
• Professional, adaptable, and organised approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Passionate about supporting positive student outcomes
• Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
