Pay: £70 – £100 per day (dependant on experience)

Choice Teachers are seeking reliable, confident, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Luton. This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or anyone with experience working with young people who is looking for flexible, rewarding work in education.

Role Overview

• Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher

• Deliver pre-prepared work to students

• Maintain a positive and focused learning environment

• Support students to ensure learning continues effectively

• Work across a range of subjects (no planning or marking required)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and classroom management skills

• Confidence leading groups of students

• Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)

• A proactive and positive attitude

• Flexibility to work across schools in the Luton area
