We have long-term opportunities available for candidates seeking consistent work, along with flexible day-to-day Teaching Assistant positions for those who prefer variety.

About the Role

  • Assist teaching staff in creating an engaging and supportive learning environment

  • Use creative and adaptable communication methods when working with non-verbal pupils

  • Be open to learning and developing new strategies — no formal experience is required

  • Be confident communicating with pupils who may be non-verbal or require alternative communication methods

  • Be patient, resilient, and calm under pressure

  • Be willing to engage at the pupil’s level, including supporting physically active learners
