Role: PRSP Teaching Assistant – Supporting Children with Special Needs
Location: Barnet, North London
Contract: Full-Time (term-time only)

We are proud to have a dedicated PSRP (Provision for Students with Special Educational Needs), where we offer tailored support to students with autism and other learning needs. We are now looking for enthusiastic, committed individuals to join our friendly and supportive team.

What you’ll do:

• Provide individual and small-group support to students with special educational needs.

• Work alongside teachers and SEN specialists to create an inclusive, positive learning environment.

• Help students build confidence, independence, and social skills both in and out of the classroom.

• Be a role model, offering encouragement and understanding every step of the way.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based or in another setting).

• A genuine interest in supporting students with special needs, particularly autism.

• Strong communication skills, patience, and resilience.

• A team player who can also work independently.

All quoted rates are inclusive of 12.07% holiday pay.
