Learning Support Assistant – Watford – September Start Part time/Full time available

Rate: up to £25,107.37 FTE 

Choice Teachers are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support students in a friendly and inclusive college in Watford. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about helping young people achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting students with learning needs in and out of the classroom

• Working closely with teachers to provide tailored support

• Helping to create a positive, engaging learning environment

• Encouraging independence and confidence in students

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a school or support role (preferred but not essential)

• A patient, caring, and proactive approach

• Strong communication skills

• Willingness to work as part of a supportive team
