Your Role

As our Baby Room Leader, you will be the heart of our under-2s provision. You will:

• Lead & Inspire: Manage a small, dedicated team, providing mentorship and daily guidance.

• Create Magic: Design and implement stimulating, age-appropriate activities that follow the EYFS framework.

• Build Bonds: Act as a key point of contact for parents, ensuring they feel confident and supported.

• Safety First: Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding and health and safety within your room.

About You

• Qualified: Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) is essential.

• Experienced: Previous experience in a nursery setting (Room Leader experience is a plus, but we also welcome Senior Practitioners looking to step up!).

• Caring & Creative: A genuine love for working with babies and a "can-do" attitude.
