Choice Teachers are working with an outsanding Primary School in the north of Wigan to recruit a qualified Early Years Practicioner to start with them part time on a temporary ongoing basis starting as soon as possible.

The school are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic practioner with a minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification to work in theior pre-school.  The role is part time, 3 days per week.  You will need to be able to demonstrate your experience by being able to nurture and engage with children in appropriate classroom activities.  You must be able to display a positive and energetic attitude throughout the day.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a committed, adaptable and caring professional, passionate about delivering high quality support and providing an inspirational approach to learning
• Can demonstrate the creativity, resilience and interpersonal skills to complement our highly effective team
• Is an effective team player and willing to be fully involved in the life of the school.

The successful candidate must have:

• DBS Certificate on the update service or be willing to obtain one
• A CV covering all dates including gaps in work history
• Right to work in the UK
• 2 professional references
• Has qualification passes in English and Maths or equivalent
• Holds a Level 2 EY qualification or higher
