Location: Basildon and surrounding areas
Pay Rate: £100–£160 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications
Contract: Flexible – Daily, Short-Term and Long-Term Assignments

The Role

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the school's curriculum.

• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively.

• Adapt teaching to meet pupils' individual learning needs.

• Follow lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning.

• Promote the safety, wellbeing and development of all pupils.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications, as required.

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• A flexible, positive and professional attitude.

• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

• Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to undergo the necessary safeguarding checks.

• Right to work in the UK.
