Choice Teachers are working in partnership with a friendly and well-regarded primary school in East London to recruit a Full-Time Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA).

This is an excellent opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic education professional to play a key role in supporting teaching and learning on a full-time basis.

The Role

As a full-time HLTA, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons and targeted interventions
• Provide day-to-day class cover when required
• Support pupils across the primary age range
• Work closely with class teachers and senior leaders
• Promote positive behaviour and contribute to pupil progress
• Be a consistent and reliable presence within the school

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

• A recognised HLTA qualification, or
• Be a Primary ECT (Early Career Teacher)

Candidates should also:

• Have experience working within a UK primary school
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills
• Be flexible, proactive, and passionate about education
