Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Dartford and surrounding areas
Pay: £95–£110 per day (depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary and secondary schools in the Dartford area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and want to make a real difference in the classroom by supporting students’ learning and development.

The Role:

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Working with small groups or on a one-to-one basis with students
• Assisting with classroom management and behaviour
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting students with additional needs where required

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work across different schools
• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
• A genuine interest in education and supporting student progress

Compliance & Vetting Requirements:

• Ability to provide a minimum of two years’ worth of professional references
• Must hold a valid DBS certificate or be willing to obtain one
• Professional email address required for registration and compliance purposes
• Right to work in the UK
