Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience is a bonus)

• Inspire a love of literature, language, and learning in all students

• Plan, mark, and assess in line with curriculum expectations and departmental policies

• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and curriculum development

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent

• Have experience teaching English in a UK secondary school setting

• Demonstrate strong classroom management and excellent communication skills

• Be passionate about supporting student progress and achievement
