The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers to provide high-quality classroom support, helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting teaching and learning across a range of subjects
• Working with individual pupils and small intervention groups
• Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom engagement
• Supporting students with additional learning needs
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment
• Building strong relationships with pupils, teachers and parents

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about supporting young people and education

• Experienced as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar education or youth support role (preferred but not essential)
