Behaviour MentorLocation: Willesden, North West London Choice Teachers are working with a large secondary school in Willesden who are seeking an experienced, confident and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join their behaviour and pastoral team from September 2026. This is a challenging behaviour-focused position supporting secondary-aged students who can display high levels of challenging and disruptive behaviour. The successful Behaviour Mentor must be confident managing difficult situations, de-escalating incidents, establishing clear boundaries and building positive relationships with students who may be disengaged from education. This is not a general classroom support position. We are particularly interested in candidates with strong experience in Behaviour Support, Alternative Provision, PRUs, Pastoral Support, Youth Work or other environments involving challenging young people.
