Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Dartford, Kent
Pay: £100–£130 per day

Choice Teachers are looking for a Cover Supervisor to support secondary schools in Dartford. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with classroom confidence, whether you’ve previously worked as a Supervisor, Cover Teacher, or Supply Teacher, or you’re looking to gain valuable school-based experience.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom during teacher absences, delivering pre-set lessons and ensuring students remain focused and engaged. You will play a key role in maintaining a calm, productive learning environment while supporting students across a range of subjects.

What you’ll be doing:
Supervising classes across different subjects
Delivering work set by the class teacher
Managing classroom behaviour effectively
Supporting students with their learning
Providing feedback to teaching staff

What we’re looking for:
Experience as a Cover Supervisor, Supervisor, Cover Teacher, or Supply Teacher is beneficial
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Confidence leading groups of students
A flexible, reliable, and professional approach
A genuine interest in education and development
