The Role

Working within a busy construction department, you will guide students through the essentials of the trade. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in high standards of craftsmanship and wants to share that expertise in a classroom and workshop setting.

Key Requirements:

  • Trade Background: Proven experience as a Bricklayer (Level 3 preferred).

  • Qualifications: You should ideally hold, or be working towards, a recognised teaching or assessment qualification such as AET, PTLLS, Cert Ed, or an Assessor award.

  • Local Knowledge: Based in Luton, this role is easily accessible for those living in Dunstable or the wider Bedfordshire area.

  • Availability: We are looking for a candidate to start ASAP to support our current learners.
