Humanities Teachers – Bradford Secondary Schools

Choice Teachers are proud to be working in partnership with a number of secondary schools across Bradford who are actively seeking Humanities Teachers. We are looking for teachers who can deliver History, Geography, Religious Education (RE), or a combination of these subjects for day-to-day supply, short-term cover, and long-term placements.

What we’re looking for

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Engage and inspire students across History, Geography, and/or Religious Education.

• Deliver creative and effective lessons that meet curriculum requirements.

• Build positive relationships with secondary-aged students.

• Demonstrate high expectations of pupil progress, behaviour, and achievement.

• Be flexible, adaptable, and committed to making a positive difference.

• Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.

Requirements

Applicants must have:

• A UK-recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent) in Humanities or relevant subject area.

• A valid DBS certificate on the Update Service (or be willing to apply).

• Two professional references covering the last 10 years.

• Full right to work in the UK.

• A comprehensive CV including all education and employment history.
