An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lecturer in Technical Construction to join a respected and forward-thinking further education provider in Cambridgeshire. The successful applicant will become part of a dynamic Built Environment team, delivering high-quality teaching and learning across a range of courses in the Architecture and Construction pathway.


About the Role

This is a full-time teaching post within a growing department focused on Architecture, Design, Surveying, and Planning. You will deliver on a range of qualifications, including:

  • Level 3 T Level in Design, Surveying and Planning

  • Level 3 Architecture and Interior Design

  • Higher Education programmes (Level 4/5) in Construction and the Built Environment

You will contribute to curriculum development and maintain high standards of student engagement, industry relevance, and academic rigour.


What You’ll Need

  • A minimum Level 5 qualification or a relevant degree in a Construction-related discipline

  • Experience within the design or planning side of the construction industry

  • Confidence delivering both practical and theoretical content

  • A passion for teaching and the development of future construction professionals

  • A teaching qualification – or a willingness to achieve one (fully funded training will be provided)
