Level 2 Teaching Assistant – SEN Experience Essential

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and be confident supporting students on a 1:1 basis as well as in small groups.

Key Requirements:

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

• Proven experience supporting children with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, or SEMH needs

• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff

• A patient, flexible and nurturing approach to support learning and development

• DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
