Choice Teachers are currently recruiting confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across a number of secondary schools in North London. We are looking for Cover Supervisors, Unqualified Teachers, ECT's and Graduate Cover Supervisors who are flexible and able to respond to morning calls for same-day bookings.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in schools, including graduates considering a career in teaching.

About the Role – Cover Supervisor

• Deliver pre-set work in the absence of a class teacher
• Manage behaviour and maintain a productive classroom environment
• Support students with tasks and ensure work is completed
• Act as a Cover Supervisor or General Cover Supervisor across subjects
• Follow school policies and procedures

The Ideal Cover Supervisor Will:

• Have experience working with young people (desirable)
• Be confident managing a classroom independently
• Be flexible and available for morning calls (same-day work)
• Have strong communication and organisational skills
• Be reliable, punctual and professional
• Be interested in working in education or pursuing teaching
