SEN Teacher – Peterborough

We are looking for a qualified SEN Teacher to join a specialist setting in Peterborough. This is a full-time position for someone with the skills and commitment to support pupils with a range of additional needs.

About the role
You will be responsible for teaching small groups of students, planning and delivering lessons that are adapted to meet individual learning styles. The role also involves working closely with the SENCO and a team of teaching assistants to create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment.

What we’re looking for

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with SEN pupils (specialist or mainstream settings)

• Strong knowledge of strategies for supporting children with complex needs

• A positive, resilient and nurturing approach to teaching
