SEN Teacher – Cambridge

We are looking for a qualified SEN Teacher to join a specialist setting in Cambridge. This is a full-time position for someone with the experience and passion to support pupils with a range of additional needs.

About the role
You will be teaching small groups of students, planning and delivering lessons that are adapted to meet individual learning needs. The role involves working closely with teaching assistants and the SENCO to create a positive and engaging learning environment where every pupil can thrive.

What we’re looking for

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• At least 2 years’ experience working with SEN pupils, either in a specialist or mainstream setting

• A good understanding of strategies for supporting children with complex needs

• Someone who is patient, resilient and committed to helping young people achieve their potential
