We are recruiting on behalf of a warm and welcoming nursery in Hemel Hempstead, who are seeking a qualified Nursery Nurse to join their permanent team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early years education and child development to make a real impact in a nurturing and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0–5

• Support children’s development in line with the EYFS framework

• Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

• Contribute to planning, observations, and assessments

• Maintain a clean, organised, and engaging setting

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)

• Recent experience in a nursery or early years setting

• A genuine passion for working with young children

• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
