Choice Teachers are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join a well-established and welcoming nursery setting in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive team where your skills and passion for working with children will be truly valued.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or Level 2 with relevant experience and a commitment to upskilling)

• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting

• A strong understanding of the EYFS Framework

• A caring and patient attitude with a genuine love for working with young children

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team

• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

💼 Your Role Will Include:

• Creating a safe, stimulating, and fun learning environment

• Supporting children’s development in line with EYFS standards

• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

• Delivering engaging activities that support physical, emotional, and social development

• Observing and tracking progress, ensuring every child’s needs are met
