SEN Learning Support Assistants | Hitchin | Full-Time & Part-Time

Between £24,755 - £26,111 FTE (£15,321.26 - £16,160.51 per annum, pro rata) depending on experience, plus Pension

We are looking for passionate and dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistants to join a thriving post-16 education provider based in Stevenage.

You will be supporting students with a range of special educational needs including neurodiversity, SEMH, and disabilities, helping them to grow in confidence and reach their full potential.

What we need from you:

• Experience working with SEN young people — essential
• Knowledge of EHCPs, neurodiversity and SEMH
• A caring, patient and proactive approach
• Level 2 in Learning Support or equivalent experience
