I am working closely with a two-form entry primary school in the heart of Salford (M6) who are looking for a KS2 teacher to cover a maternity from May 2026 for 1 year. If successful the school may offer a contract to the teacher after the maternity finishes. WE CAN PAY YOU TO SCALE FROM YOUR FIRST DAY AT SCHOOLS DISCRETION.

The successful applicant will:

* Have QTS/ NQT/ ECT

* Have excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities:

* Guiding the children across the school to further their development and understanding of the National Curriculum.

* Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress.

* Taking an active part in departmental meetings and whole school training events.

* Preparing for and attending parents' evening.

* Preparing end of year of reports.
