I am working closely with a two form entry primary school in the heart of Bolton (BL3) who are looking for an experienced KS2 teacher to cover a maternity from May 2026 for 1 year. If successful the school may offer a contract to the teacher after the maternity finishes. WE CAN PAY YOU TO SCALE FROM YOUR FIRST DAY AT SCHOOLS Discretion.

The successful applicant will:

* Have QTS/ NQT/ ECT.

* Be willing to be fully involved in the life of the school community.
* Have excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities:

* Guiding the children across the School to further their development and understanding of the National Curriculum.
* Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress.
* Taking an active part in departmental meetings and whole school training events.
* Preparing for and attending parents' evening.
* Preparing end of year of reports.
