We are currently recruiting for the following positions:


Teaching Assistants

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students, helping create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting teachers in delivering well-planned, interactive lessons across a variety of subjects
  • Supporting pupils in the classroom to stay on task and achieve their potential
  • Providing focused support to small groups or individual students, including those with additional learning needs
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom atmosphere
  • Assisting with the preparation of teaching materials and classroom resources

Cover Supervisors

Cover Supervisors ensure learning continues smoothly in the absence of the regular class teacher. This role is ideal for anyone considering a career in teaching. Duties include:

  • Supervising pre-planned lessons and maintaining a productive classroom environment
  • Managing student behaviour in line with school policies
  • Supporting students with tasks set by teaching staff
  • Offering assistance where needed during lessons and reporting back on student progress
  • Ensuring a positive and respectful learning atmosphere is maintained at all times

School Office / Reception Support

As part of the school administration team, you will help keep the school running efficiently. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing essential administrative support within the school office
  • Welcoming visitors, parents, and staff and providing professional assistance
  • Managing telephone calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Supporting school processes such as attendance, record-keeping, and office coordination
  • Contributing to the smooth operation of day-to-day school activities

  • A-Level qualifications or equivalent (desirable)
  • Relevant experience working with children, young people, or in an administrative/support role
  • Two professional references
