Cover Supervisors – Peterborough

Are you confident, adaptable, and ready to step into the classroom? We’re looking for Cover Supervisors to support a collection of our client schools across Peterborough.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working with young people or within education (teaching experience is ideal, but not essential).

• Confident and fluent communicators who can guide, connect, and manage classes – even in more intense situations.

• Reliable professionals with strong classroom presence.

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one).

• Able to provide contact details for referees.

• Drivers preferred (to access multiple schools), but not essential.

The role:

• Deliver pre-set work to classes across different subjects.

• Maintain a calm and controlled classroom environment.

• Support students in staying engaged and on task.

• Be a key part of ensuring learning continues in the absence of the teacher.
