Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in Business Studies (and Economics where applicable).

• Raising attainment across KS4 and KS5.

• Contributing to curriculum development and departmental planning.

• Supporting the wider school community through high expectations and teamwork.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Be a qualified teacher with QTS (ECTs are welcome to apply).

• Have strong subject knowledge in Business Studies (and Economics).

• Be committed to raising attainment and fostering a culture of academic excellence.

• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
