Employer: Bespoke Education
Pay: £85 – £100 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2026

End Date: February 2027 – with a potential of extension

Contract: Full-time, 5 days per week

Bespoke Education are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to work in a friendly, inspiring and supportive Secondary School from September 2026.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Work closely with pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Encourage student confidence, progress, and wellbeing
• Provide classroom support across a variety of age groups and abilities

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, proactive, and caring attitude
• An understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and relevant legislation
• Experience working with children or young people is desirable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for education and supporting student development
• Relevant qualifications are advantageous but not essential
